How do you prepare (mentally, physically, spiritually) to achieve your goals?
I achieve my goals with prayer, asking for wisdom, affirmations, and meetings with my mentor for accountability.
What do you do when challenges and obstacles interrupt your plans?
I keep going no matter what!

Tell us about an accomplishment that you’re proud of and why.
Launching my retreats was a significant accomplishment. Coming from the welfare system, I had always dreamed of organizing retreats. Now, I'm planning my 3rd retreat for next year!
What practices have helped you maintain a healthy work-life balance?
Prayer, fasting, attending church, studying the Bible, practicing breathing exercises, taking breaks every 2 hours, exercising, vacationing, and cultivating relationships are the practices that help me maintain balance.
