She’s Building Something: Meet Dr. Nikki Zeigler
Please tell us more about what you’re building and where your inspiration came from.
I am building a movement that empowers Christian women in business and ministry to step into their God-given purpose with confidence, strategy, and visibility. Through The HERpreneur Network International, Like A Boss Academy, and my upcoming 7-city tour, Mind the Business God Gave You, I am creating spaces for women to be seen, heard, and successful—both spiritually and financially.
My inspiration comes from my own journey of faith, perseverance, and entrepreneurship. I know what it’s like to feel called to something greater but lack the strategy and support to bring it to life. I wanted to create a platform where women of faith could thrive, collaborate, and build lasting legacies—without compromising their values or vision.
How do you envision this impacting the lives of others?
I believe my work is a divine assignment—not just a business. The impact extends beyond just branding and visibility; it’s about transformation. I help women shift from playing small to owning their power, from feeling stuck to executing with confidence, and from hustling with uncertainty to building with clarity and strategy.
Through coaching, speaking, and media platforms like HERprenuer Magazine and The Convo Christian Talk Show, I provide education, empowerment, and real opportunities for women to expand their reach. My ultimate goal is to see more Christian women walking boldly in their calling, thriving financially, and leaving generational impact.

What did 2024 teach you as a visionary?
2024 was a year of growth, faith, and discipline. It taught me the importance of:
✔ Execution Over Perfection – Waiting for the perfect time or perfect conditions can delay your purpose. I learned to move forward, even when things weren’t perfect.
✔ The Power of Resilience – There were challenges, but each one sharpened my focus and strengthened my leadership.
✔ Letting Go of Fear Around Pricing & Positioning – I realized that the right people will invest in transformation, and I had to fully own my value.
✔ God’s Timing is Always Right – Even when things didn’t go as planned, they unfolded in a way that was aligned with God’s bigger picture.
Share your 2025 word of intention and what this means to you.
My 2025 word of intention is “Dominion.”
This means stepping into my full authority in every area—business, ministry, speaking, and leadership. I am no longer asking for permission; I am walking boldly in the assignment God has given me.
✔ Dominion over my mind – No more self-doubt. I am fully equipped for what God has called me to do.
✔ Dominion over my business – I am expanding, scaling, and elevating to new levels of impact and success.
✔ Dominion over my influence – I am positioning myself to be seen, heard, and respected on greater platforms.
✔ Dominion over my finances – I am building generational wealth and creating opportunities for others to thrive.
2025 is my year to take territory. To build. To expand. To lead with confidence.
