What have been your barriers and how did you overcome them?

I had to became an adult before my time due to childhood abuse. I was forced into so much from an early age, I missed out on some of the most important steps in life. When I was growing up there were things that didn’t connect with me because I lacked the experience of being a child. Where there was a lack in my life growing up, God has given it back. I overcame my barriers through prayer.

What do you think gave you the drive and determination to succeed?

I grew up without my parents, being a single parent raising my own child gave me my drive and determination to succeed.

What is the biggest lesson that you’ve learned along the way?

Never doubt yourself and keep the faith.

Do you have a mantra you live your life by?

Turn your pain into power.

What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?

It's going to be a bumpy road; stones will be thrown at you, pick them up and wear them on your fingers. SHINE BRIGHT LIKE A DIAMOND!!! YOU ARE THE LEADING LADY…NEVER DROP YOUR CROWN!!!
