We took a moment to catch up with Lillie Mae to learn more about her “winning” journey and here is what she had to say…

How do you define "winning" today?

Winning to me means achieving daily peace, fulfillment and impact.  

In what ways has your definition of "winning" changed over the years?

I once qualified winning as a financial accomplishment, but we can’t allow money to be the only measure of our fulfillment. God has put us here for purpose and impact, so that is where we have to find the greatest value.  

Knowing what you know now, what would you say to your younger self?

Charge your worth and add tax.

Name one thing you had to let go of or accept to become the woman you are today?

I had to let go of my vision for how life should be and get into alignment with how God has ordained my life to be. This meant releasing the timelines that society suggests I live by and ultimately surrender to God’s timing.  

What accomplishment are you most proud of?

I’m very proud of creating the Glambitious Brand in 2013 and impacting thousands of women around the world through my books, coaching, events and resources on TheGlamCEO.com.
