Thriving in 2025 means creating an even greater impact through my work—helping entrepreneurs build and sustain businesses that align with their values and goals. For me personally, it’s about finding balance: growing my businesses, empowering my team, and staying present for my family. Thriving will look like a community of successful, inspired clients and a life where I can fully embrace joy and purpose.
Tell us about some of the actions you’re taking now to prepare for success in 2025.
To prepare for success in 2025, I’m focusing on scaling Thomas Law & Consulting to better serve entrepreneurs and business owners by enhancing our services and expanding our reach. This includes building strategic partnerships that provide clients with comprehensive resources for legal, financial, and operational success. I am also focusing on thought leadership through speaking engagements and creating impactful resources like lead magnets. We’re broadening our reach and ensuring that Thomas Law & Consulting remains a trusted guide for business owners navigating growth and success.
What is one thing you learned this year that will change how you do things next year?
This year, I learned the importance of staying aligned with a clear and focused vision. When you’re leading a business, it’s easy to get pulled in different directions, but I’ve realized that clarity of vision is what drives meaningful progress. By consistently revisiting and refining my goals, I’ve been able to make more strategic decisions and avoid distractions. Next year, I’ll continue to anchor every move to that vision, ensuring that Thomas Law & Consulting grows in a way that not only meets immediate needs but also aligns with the long-term purpose of empowering entrepreneurs to thrive.
How will your business help propel women forward next year?
Thomas Law & Consulting will continue to serve as a resource for women entrepreneurs, providing the legal and strategic support they need to protect and scale their businesses. Through services like Thrive 360 and General Counsel, we’ll help women build sustainable foundations for growth. By fostering financial empowerment and confidence, we aim to see more women leading industries and creating generational wealth.
