She Will Thrive in 2025: Meet Lindsey Walker
What will thriving look like for you in 2025?
Thriving in 2025 will mean operating with discipline and consistency, regardless of how I feel. It will involve reaching my goals and implementing life systems that support me daily. Thriving will also look like giving myself permission to be authentically human, not comparing myself to others, and staying true to who I am without letting others define or confine me.
Tell us about some of the actions you’re taking now to prepare for success in 2025.
I’m taking inventory of 2024 by analyzing what worked, what brought income, and which services were most profitable. I’m reflecting on how I felt throughout the year, identifying distractions, and assessing how I ended the year versus how I started. This process is helping me plan for 2025 with a clear focus on creating systems to avoid repeating past patterns. I’m also planning the year ahead—defining sales cycles, determining team needs, and setting consistent actions to take. I’m excited about the fresh start the next 12 months will bring.
What is one thing you learned this year that will change how you do things next year?
I learned the importance of giving myself grace. When frustration or distractions arise, I’ve realized the need to stay mentally and emotionally grounded instead of getting entangled in the moment. This shift allows me to maintain focus on my goals and trust in Jesus and myself to handle challenges effectively.
Any advice to a woman entrepreneur who had a challenging 2024?
Breathe. Breathe and remember that you made it. You were sustained and cared for, and no matter what challenges you faced in your business, you bounced back. The fact that you’re here, reading this, proves your resilience. So take time to breathe, give yourself space and grace, and love on yourself. It’s not over, and you’ve got this.
