Please tell us more about what you’re building and where your inspiration came from.
I’m excited to introduce Next Level Career (NLC), a one-on-one coaching program crafted specifically for professional women looking to step into higher-paying and more impactful roles with both faith and confidence. Many women, particularly professional Christian women, possess the ambition needed to rise but often lack the clarity and strategic support to navigate the journey. While they feel a strong desire to take on something greater, the path ahead can seem daunting and uncertain. NLC bridges that gap by offering the tools, guidance, and compassionate support needed to make this transition not only achievable but also profoundly rewarding.
The inspiration for NLC draws from two key sources: my own career experiences and the stories of the incredible women I’ve worked with throughout the years. I’ve found myself in positions where I felt stuck, undervalued, and unsure of my next steps—yet I’ve also witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of a well-crafted plan and the right support. NLC is dedicated to providing women with the same opportunity to advance their careers while aligning their work with their core values and aspirations.
How do you envision this impacting the lives of others in the next 10 years?
Over the next decade, I envision NLC helping hundreds of women step into roles that elevate their careers and transform their lives. When a woman lands a role that aligns with her skills, values, and financial goals, it doesn’t just change her paycheck—it changes her confidence, her ability to contribute to Kingdom work, her family’s finances, and her impact on those around her.
Imagine a ripple effect: women who feel empowered in their careers mentoring others, advocating for themselves and their teams, and stepping into leadership roles where they can make decisions that create more inclusive and equitable workplaces. That’s the long-term vision for NLC—to see women thriving in their careers and building futures that inspire others to do the same.
What core value has played the most significant role in your success?
Faith has been the cornerstone of everything I do. For me, faith means trusting in God’s plan and believing that He has placed me on this path for a reason. It’s about showing up authentically, seeking His guidance in every decision, and remaining steadfast even when the journey feels uncertain. Success isn’t just about what you achieve but about aligning your actions with His purpose.
How do you handle setbacks and delays as you pursue your dreams?
Setbacks and delays are inevitable, but I’ve learned to approach them with a mix of resilience and faith. Resilience means acknowledging the disappointment, assessing what went wrong, and finding a way to move forward. Faith means trusting that God is in control—even when things don’t go according to plan. It’s about surrendering the outcome to Him, knowing that every delay or setback is part of His greater purpose.
I also try to see setbacks as opportunities to refine my approach. Sometimes, delays force us to pause and gain clarity—and that clarity often leads to better decisions and outcomes in the long run.
If someone reading this interview is on the verge of starting a business she truly believes in, which life skill would you recommend she focuses on developing the most?
Decisiveness. Starting a business means making decisions—big and small—every single day. The ability to evaluate your options, trust your instincts, and move forward without getting stuck in overthinking is invaluable. Decisiveness doesn’t mean every decision will be perfect, but it ensures you’re always moving forward and gathering data to refine as you go.
What can others do to support you on this journey?
The best way to support me is by spreading the word about Next Level Career. If you know a professional woman who feels stuck or ready to take her career to the next level, let her know there’s a program designed to help her get there with clarity and confidence. Sharing my work, referring potential clients, or even engaging with my content online helps expand the reach of what I’m building.
And of course, encouragement means the world. Building something new takes time, effort, and perseverance, so knowing there’s a community cheering me on makes all the difference!
