She’s Building Something: Meet Trellis Thomas

Please tell us more about what you’re building and where your inspiration came:

I am building a brand of Excellence. I am teaching and coaching others to be excellent inside and out. As leaders, you must do everything in decency and in order with integrity and transparency, always operating from your kingdom identity. My inspiration came from my Grandparents who were people who served hundreds of families in Starke, Florida and always carried themselves in an extraordinarily excellent way and lived lives of integrity and honesty.

How do you envision this impacting the lives of others?

I envision impacting and imparting millions as I teach and coach them to embrace their kingdom and queendom identities, knowing that they are created in the image of God and to operate from that space every day to transform the way they see themselves and teach them to see themselves as God sees them.

What can others do to support you on this journey?

What others can do to support me on this journey is to pray for me, to pray with me, to partner with one another to shift the mindset of others in the love of God.

What did 2024 teach you as a visionary?

As a visionary 2024 taught me to be unapologetically you because everyone else is taken. It also told me that what they call you never matters. It only matters what you answer to and what God has for you. It’s always for you and nothing or no one could ever stop it, and most importantly, I am a servant above all else.

Share your 2025 word of intention and what this means to you:

My word of intention for 2025 is surrender, meaning you have to surrender to God’s purpose for your life, always have God's intentions, and surrender to all that God has for you, and all that he wants to remove that no longer serves you. When you align with God and surrender to Him, everything you desire will flow to you.
