Currently, Coach Jineen has helped thousands of women build their dream lives of ease through her mindset coaching, speaking, and podcast. These women have gone from survival mode to the soft mom life! Vowing never to lose themselves again! As a newfound author, this has led to the recent birth of her debut self-published book "I Choose Me- The Intentional Guide To Never Losing Yourself Again" in February 2024. Over 100 copies sold with multiple transformations from men and women. Coach Jineen has many receipts, but she loves women empowerment and being a boy mom.
We took a moment to catch up with Coach Jineen to learn more about her “winning” journey and here is what she had to say…
How do you define "winning" today?
I define winning as showing up as my best, authentic self in every area of my life! I show up and Bloom unapologetically while embracing my self-worth along the way.
In what ways has your definition of "winning" changed over the years?
I have embraced each season with a change of perspective. I am choosing myself more because it has led to me showing up better in life, love, and motherhood. In previous years, I put everyone and everything before myself, leading to my detriment of health amongst other things in my personal life. I have learned how to love myself on a deeper level, embrace healing, activate mindfulness, and boost confidence. I have been able to do this for myself and the Intentional Queen Journey tribe I serve. This ultimately started with me having positive "Sexy" self-talk. I learned that my inner dialogue was becoming a reflection of how I was talking to others. This still holds true today, so when we positively talk to ourselves, it helps us show up better in every area of our lives with more intention.
Knowing what you know now, what would you say to your younger self?
I would tell her she is enough and worthy in every season. Be okay with allowing people to flow in and out of her life as needed. "Build gates and not walls." I would encourage her to create healthy boundaries and seek internal validation, let go of perfection, shine her light bright, give herself grace, and genuinely be who God called her to be.
Name one thing you had to let go of or accept to become the woman you are today?
The biggest thing I had to let go of was people's opinions or external validation. Not to mention, not letting loyalty hold me in toxic relationships. By letting that go of those negative thoughts, it freed me from bondage of people-pleasing to belong and being who people wanted me to be. I was simply able to be Jineen without all the titles, roles, and images people had boxed me in! I felt free like a butterfly! Hence why I made it my company logo. The moral is that you belong anywhere you go, so just be yourself!
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
I am proud of my ability to embrace vulnerability and share my STORY with women to help them no longer suffer in silence. In turn, this has helped people who have read my new self-published book, "I Choose Me- The Intentional Guide To Never Losing Yourself Again".
My book is doing well on Amazon.com with over 100 copies sold with multiple testimonials from men and women. Not to mention, my Intentional Queen Podcast (over 17K+ downloads) and mindset coaching have helped thousands of women learn how to choose themselves more and never lose themselves again!
